The SYT series valve pressure test bench is designed and manufactured according to relevant
national standards, and fully considers the advantages and disadvantages of similar equipment at
home and abroad to continuously improve and optimize it. This equipment is mainly used for testing
the sealing performance of new valves before they are put online or after repairing old valves. These
tests include internal sealing performance testing, upper sealing performance testing, valve body
strength testing, etc.

1.1 Performance Characteristics
1) Suitable for sealing and strength performance testing of straight through flange connected valves
such as gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, control valves, check valves, etc. that are not
affected by external forces (except for actuators larger than the length of the shell). The optional
special sealing disc can be used for performance testing of welded valves.
2) The valve clamping form is vertical top pressure, which is clamped by applying pressure to the
two ends of the straight through valve (Multiple workstations can be customized).
3) The product is equipped with a high-pressure and low-pressure water pump pressurization
system.
4) Equipped with low-pressure gas (not greater than 0.8MPa) inlet.
5) The pressure system adopts an electric contact pressure gauge for overpressure protection.
6) Test the recycling of liquid media. The valve liquid test medium can be recycled to a certain
extent to avoid waste.
7) Pressure test: The three-level dual gauge system is equipped with 0-10, 0-25, 0-60MPa, and 1.6
level pressure gauges.
